Skyrim Guides is a love song to the 5th installment in the Elder Scrolls RPG video game series Skyrim. Dedicated exclusively to providing detailed strategy and build guides, this blog has been an outlet for my inner nerd and given me an excuse to play video games when I should probably have been doing something else. I also write guides for games other than Skyrim at my other site Gamer Bebop.
Skyrim Guides has also been a good testing ground for SEO techniques. Starting from scratch and focussing soley on quality long form content with keyword and intent optimisation, the blog’s growth is a testament to the power of quality content marketing.
Short Fiction: Byte Size Stories
Byte Size Stories is an experiment in online fiction. Still in its early days, I’ll be focussing on creating short, compelling stories that people can read easily on their phones. I also have a sneaking suspicion that this project may be an elaborate form of procrastination, to distract myself from working on my next novel.
